This Fall, A Wider Circle is furnishing new apartments for 77 formerly homeless veterans on the Walter Reed campus in NW Washington, D.C. leading up to Veterans Day 2019. The efficiency apartments have been completely rebuilt and renovated and will become a cornerstone of the redevelopment on the Walter Reed campus. Since many of the items will be new, the total cost to furnish each unit is approximately $1,500.
You can participate in Veterans Appreciation Week at A Wider Circle, Nov. 4 - Nov. 11, by sharing stories of veterans we have served that will be featuring each day on our social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and contributing to this crucial project through our Amazon Wishlist, Target Registry, or financially.
