Fund A Wider Circle's Microgrants Program

We are no longer accepting donations on this campaign, but there are other ways for you to support us today!
This month, we are asking you to help us Create A Wider Circle of Connection with our neighbors in Ward 8 by helping fund our next round of microgrants!
Our Microgrants program provides grants of $250-$2,500 to local leaders, entrepreneurs, and community groups to fund projects that directly benefit the neighborhood surrounding our Ward 8 Hub. While A Wider Circle provides funding, microgrant recipients are selected by a panel of neighborhood residents. Programs that were funded by our first two rounds of microgrants included weekly parenting classes, substance abuse support groups, and the purchase of school uniforms for nearly two dozen students returning to the classroom.
Your donation will directly fund resident-driven programming in Southeast DC via A Wider Circle's next round of microgrants.
