In memory of our dear friend Natalia Penny Proctor:
Affectionately known as "Penny," she grew up in Brandywine, MD and later resided in Upper Marlboro, MD. Penny dedicated 38 years of service to the Federal Government with several Department of Defense agencies. Penny was the backbone of her family; she was not only devoted to taking care of her parents and siblings, but she was a supportive friend to many. Penny was an avid Washington Football team fan, and was a true lover of Maryland Crabs. Penny believed in helping others and serving her community and church. She was easygoing, had a loving spirit and loved to laugh. Penny will be truly missed, but her legacy of gratitude will live on through your generous contribution to A Wider Circle.
